Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Delivery
Standard Free shipping is within most of the 48 contiguous states. Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method. We also offer Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 2 – 6 business days depending on delivery location.
What is the "Oversized Shipping" charge?
For some items shipping within the U.S., an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to an item’s size and weight. The incremental charge is charged for the total quantity ordered. Note: The incremental charge, if applicable, is displayed on product detail pages and throughout checkout.
Shipping Promotion Exclusions
The following items are excluded from shipping promotions: Oversized Shipping Charges, Gift Cards, Custom Invitations, Custom Canvas, and Photo Center purchases.
Free Shipping on Thousands of Items
Products eligible for free shipping will be designated on the product page and at checkout. You must select ground shipping at checkout.
Return Policy
Return or replacement of products is possible. Products must be in unused condition with all packaging materials included. If the product shows signs of use, creases, scuffs, or scratches, then a refund will not be possible. All shipping for returns or replacements to and from the store is at the buyer's expense. Refunds are made within the time specified by the bank.
